Wolf Conservation Center | Identity System

Wolf Conservation Center  |  Identity System
Ever since I was a little girl I have loved wolves. I was invited to the grand opening of the Wolf Conservation Center through Defenders of Wildlife—where I had a chance to meet WCC founder Hélène Grimaud and co-founder J. Henry Fair. It was a dream come true for me to be able to put my design skills to use on behalf of the wolves and design the WCC logo and identity system.
The WCC’s mission is to promote wolf conservation by teaching about wolves, their relationship to the environment, and the human role in protecting their future. The WCC accomplishes this mission through onsite and offsite education programs emphasizing wolf biology, the ecological benefits of wolves and other large predators, and the current status of wolf recovery in the United States.
Wolf Conservation Center Logo Option
This design option features a four-colour image of Kaila. She was one of the three original ambassador wolves at WCC. Although the final design chosen was a two-colour option—this logo can still be seen on the welcome sign at WCC.
